2. Eligibility
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You also confirm that you are not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the purchase or use of digital services as provided by USA Social Service.
3. Nature of Our Services
USA Social Service provides non-tangible digital products. These services, once delivered or accessed, are considered consumed. Due to the virtual nature of our offerings, they cannot be physically returned, exchanged, or reused by another customer.

5. Service Delivery

Delays may occur due to technical issues, verification steps, or platform-related restrictions. You will be notified promptly in such cases.
6. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various secure payment methods, including cryptocurrency, bank transfer, PayPal, and digital wallets. Once a service has been paid for and the process has begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless otherwise stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.

10. Service Modifications

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, content changes, or pricing adjustments. 11. Third-Party Platforms

12. Client Responsibility After Delivery
Once a digital service is delivered—such as verified account credentials or published reviews—it becomes the client’s responsibility to maintain, secure, and use it appropriately. Any loss, compromise, or suspension due to negligence, misuse, or third-party interference will not be covered under warranty or refund.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make any warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality, reliability, or outcome of any service.
